Commentaries:
The story has come to its
finale and I’m left here trying to absorb everything about the series, on how amazing it has been! It totally was worth of an emotional ride and excitement. I can
clearly claim this drama as my favorite now simply because of the overall impact that it has brought to me starting from its brilliant editing, story line, and cinematography down to the great images portrayed.
Introduction:
In a world where innocent
lives are sacrificed through the consumption of illegal drugs, we somewhat feel
cheated by humanity, ourselves included because we choose to ignore the battle
cry of addiction to these substance and let these destructive elements take off
in the lives of our fellow human being. This ghost hunting over the years has
remained impossible to cease due to the fact that they are being produced and protected
by no one else but the people in immense power in the society. Thus, the
victims can only manage to shout a voiceless protest over the corrupt
officials.
Synopsis:
Basically, the drama revolved around the world of the similar daunting human
experience. Drugs remain to dominate in the world of its manufacture and
distribution as the victims multiply and suffer from drug dependence. However,
the plot is about to change. Not a drastic one in a sense of it vanishing
totally in the system but it rings a wake-up call for everyone to pay attention
to.
Characters:
It’s about the individuals
who are willing to take over the responsibility of showing to everyone that there
is light at the end of the tunnel, added with the objective to restore faith in
humanity at the very least. You can consider their action to be
heroic but at the same time life threatening due to undercover madness that
went on from various means and directions. In the process, they will have to
meet the twist and turns of being an agent while they re-visit some of the good
and bad memories of the past, which marked their presence in the police force.
These enigmatic events served put a shock to the characters as the story unfolds
in the long run.
The central character is projected towards the role of Doctor’s Son. He is a
mystery to everyone, a kind of study that requires a case presentation at the
end of the series. His typical attribute would have to be maintaining
discretion at all times which is a really tough job to endure within oneself.
Whether he is preempting the good or the bad, he will keep you at the edge of
your seat. His style is served in a variety of goods, from a cold superficial
fellow to his heartwarming selflessness and sacrifice deep inside; and from a
merciless gangster to a highly respected identity. This charm of his makes him
notable despite of a picture of a melancholic life he’s been carrying around. But that melancholy was partially addressed
by the presence of of Yoon Soo Min in the development of the story. In contrary to Doctor’s Son, she is very welcoming,
obvious, cheerful, and a type of what-you-see-is-what-you-get series of character. However, the innocence is gone in the abyss of loss. A situation calling
for justice provoked her to mature in the midst of herself to the other end of her personality. She has turned
over her purity to the world and she's built her urge to take revenge over the
death of someone she truly cares and admire. Her pursuit led to intertwined fate
with Doctor’s Son whom by chance she knew beforehand. Due to her nature of
friendliness, she captured him on his guard that gave spark to the plot. However, as everyone anticipates for love between them, the characters become busy of their individual objectives in the story.
In three words: BEST DRAMA
EVER!
