In A Good Way Episode 13

I’m a huge fan of this episode despite reading few negative comments about it because the momentum of the long and electrifying hug shared by Liu Chuan and Jia En was basically not followed up in this episode. But we all know how this drama works right? It’s a work in progress and I’m sure the cliffhanger in the end of episode 12 won’t be put to waste in the future. Patience is indeed a virtue to achieve the pleasure of having Liu Chuan and Jia En to finally express their love for one another. If you’re going to seek for the development of the OTP in this episode, you won’t be able to enjoy it as much as I did. I’m glad I wasn’t floored in anticipation because it would be disappointing to me as well like what happened to others. There were more plenty amazing shots than a one lacking element so to me, it was still a great episode. Furthermore, the supporting casts were once again highlighted so I have no problem even if Liu Chuan and Jia En were being pushed aside.

This episode managed to make me laugh and I am satisfied about it. I know also that JiaEn and Liu Chuan was facing a huge trouble ahead of them –fearing to be expelled for leading the concert for a cause dedicated to Xiao Wei’s injustice from the professor. Maybe it was an unexpected turn of events because episode 12 was so awesome – to  forget all the consequences awaiting them. To me, I was surprised by that dirty move as well, but that’s how unfair life in this world can be. Moreover, Liu Chuan went up to his dad for help which was the only way to save Jia En. I wonder what favor was exchanged for Jia En’s sake. However, like what I said, I love this episode because it still managed to crack me up.

For the first time in so many episodes, Liu Chuan and Ri Qi listened to A Qing’s dating 101 tips and he was really surprised at their response to his lecture because they paid attention to what they have considered as nonsense before. This is where A Qing’s expertise could be useful to the guys who know so little about dating. I was really amazed with the development of A Qing and Tracy because I thought that she would be firm till the end in disgracing A Qing’s presence but eventually her heart was loosened and she accepted a date. What was really amusing is that they went for a pictorial – him being the photographer and her being the model under a plane talking off. It was so funny that A Qing wasn’t able to capture her together with the plane so it became a failed mission. Then, it could not go on peacefully because A Qing has a list of girl’s names and Tracy was not pleased about it so he went pleasing her once again. They are so cute to look at because their relationship can be comparable to that of a cat and dog.

Furthermore, Ah di and Jacky were so funny when they tried to interpret what the meaning of their dream was like while Ren Wei was not impressed by their stupidity. Perhaps, he was irritated that he didn’t get sleep thinking about Jia En being held by Liu Chuan the night before. So then, he described a fake dream to the two and Ah Di was trying to come up with an interpretation to which Ren Wei walked out. This kind of Ren Wei makes me want the old one back – obsessing over Bai Xue. It’s better than seeing him fall for Jia En when they both have a good relationship as friends.

Overall, I love how harmonious everyone is in this episode, showing how much they could do for their friends in times of trouble. Let’s stay positive in all of our ways like this, shall we?
